We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Because our food plot seed, deer feed, minerals, and fertilizer products are consumable agricultural goods, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a verified product defect.
If you believe there is a quality issue with a product, contact us immediately so we can review the situation and determine the best solution.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping damage, manufacturer defect, or incorrect fulfillment.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
We pride ourselves on producing high quality food plot seed blends and deer feed products. However, planting success depends on soil conditions, weather, planting method, soil pH, moisture, and other environmental factors outside of our control.
